Gnoce jewelry is designed to last, which is why all of our products are covered by a one-year warranty, starting from the day when your original order is received.
Warranty Terms

Customer is responsible for any shipping fees required to send products back to Gnoce.

Customer must contact Gnoce to lodge their warranty claim and request the return shipping address before sending back any items.

Customer must ensure that items are safely packed before shipping. Gnoce will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

When sending back the items, customer must use tracked shipping. Packages sent without tracking will not be processed.
5
Gnoce reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond normal wear, as determined by our jewelry professionals.

周大吉Gnoce珠寶的設計以耐用性為主要考量，因此我們所有的產品都享有一年的保固期，保固期從您原始訂單收到的那天開始計算。
保固條款

客戶需自行負責將商品退回周大吉Gnoce所需的任何運費。

在退回任何商品之前，客戶必須聯絡周大吉Gnoce提出保固申請並諮詢退貨地址。

在運送前，客戶必須確保商品已經安全包裝。如商品遺失或被盜，周大吉Gnoce將不負責任。

當退回商品時，客戶必須使用帶有追蹤號碼的運送方式。未帶追蹤單號的包裹將不予處理。
5
周大吉Gnoce保留權利，在我們的珠寶專業人員確定的情況下，取消任何顯示出修改、濫用或損壞超出正常磨損範圍的商品保固。
