At Gnoce, your happiness is our priority. That’s why we offer an extended 60-day return & exchange policy.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition within 60 days of the date of receipt.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. Please check the process for lodging your return or exchange below.
  • The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 60 days from when the original order was received.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use tracked shipping methods. Returns or exchanges sent without tracking will not be processed.
  • Any promotional gifts received with the order must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Note: Please do not ship returns to the address on your package. That is not our return address, and doing so will affect the processing of your return.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized items are non-refundable, unless the engravings or photos are totally different from what you provided to us in your original order.
  • Items without jewelry tags, or that have been worn, damaged or altered, are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Items that were worn, or were sent to you as a replacement or exchange, are not refundable.

Refunds

  • Returns will be processed within 5 days of receipt of your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and cannot be returned to alternate accounts or different forms of payment.
Note: Customers who received free shipping on their orders will have shipping deducted from their refund.

Gnoce will compensate customers with an additional RM45 for return shipping fees under either of the following circumstances:

  • Customer received the wrong item.
  • The item received is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact Gnoce within 48 hours of receiving their order.)
Note: RM45 return shipping fee will be compensated in the form of an exclusive coupon code.

Cancellation Policy

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please review your personalization, engraving, or special order information carefully before submitting your order. Double-check all spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to contact us if you have questions before placing your order.

Generally, all personalized, engraved, or special order items will be sent into production 8 hours after your order has been processed. Any cancellations after that time incur a corresponding material and processing fee.

For more information about cancellation, please refer to the details below:

  • If cancellation is made less than 8 hours after the order was placed, no cancellation fee is required.
  • If cancellation is made between 8 and 24 hours after the order was placed, a cancellation fee of 10% of your order value applies.
  • If cancellation is made more than 24 hours after order was placed, a cancellation fee of 30% of your order value applies.

退換貨條件

  • 所有商品必須以其原始狀態退回,不能有刮傷或使用痕跡,也不能進行任何調整或改變尺寸。
  • 退換貨時,顧客必須使用可追踪的運輸方式。未使用追踪方式寄送的退換貨將不予處理。
  • 任何隨訂單附贈的促銷贈品必須隨退回商品一起寄回。否則,促銷贈品的零售價格將從退款中扣除。
注意:請不要將退貨寄回包裝上的地址。那不是我們的退貨地址,這樣做會影響您的退貨處理。

不予退款的商品

  • 個性化商品除非刻印或照片與您原始訂單提供的完全不同,否則不予退款。
  • 沒有珠寶標籤、經過穿著、損壞或改變尺寸的商品不予退款,且會由顧客自行支付商品退回的費用。
  • 使用過或作為更換或交換商品寄送的商品不予退款。

退款

  • 收到您的包裹後5天內將處理退款。退款將退回到到您原始的付款方式,並且不能退回到其他帳戶或不同的付款方式。
注意:享有免運費的顧客,退款時將扣除運費。

在以下任一情況下,周大吉Gnoce將為退貨運費支付額外300TWD的補償:

  • 顧客收到了錯誤的商品。
  • 收到的商品是破損、有瑕疵或刻印不正確的。(對於破損或有瑕疵的商品,顧客必須在收到訂單後的48小時內聯絡周大吉Gnoce。)
注意:300TWD的退貨運費補償將以專屬優惠券代碼的形式補償

取消政策

我們希望您的訂單完全符合您的要求!在提交訂單之前,請仔細檢查個性化、刻印或特殊訂單訊息。請仔細檢查所有拼寫、日期和名稱。如果在下單之前有任何問題,歡迎聯絡我們。

一般而言,所有個性化、刻印或特殊訂單商品將在訂單處理完成後的8小時內進入生產階段。在此之後取消訂單需要支付相應的材料和製作費。
